Lower Costs for Manitobans
Inflation and rising costs are making it harder for Manitoba families to make ends meet.
That's why the Manitoba government has introduced 21 tax relief and affordability measures from extending the gas tax holiday, providing renters and homeowners tax credits, properly funding childcare, providing free birth control, increasing funding for fertility treatments and providing rebates for electric vehicles.
The measures could save the average family of four as much as $5,000 this year and more next year.
It's a way to help families get a little further ahead with their mortgage, their grocery bill or saving for retirement.
