FEAD is an entrepreneurial incubator for females in the agri-food sector. The program is focused on reducing barriers for under-served and minority groups in food and beverage manufacturing. FEAD is a national program serving British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Yukon, and North West Territories. FEAD (Female Entrepreneurs in Agri-Food Development) is an initiative of the Saskatchewan Food Industry Development Centre (www.foodcentre.sk.ca), and is funded through Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada- Women Entrepreneurship Strategy Ecosystem Fund.

FOODTECH Canada is a network of leading innovation and commercialization Centres from across Canada, committed to turning research and development into innovative products for the food and bio-products industry.

North Forge Technology Exchange is a not-for-profit business incubator accelerator and the innovation partner for the Province of Manitoba. We fuel Manitoba's innovation economy by providing founders with expert growth coaches, mentors, entrepreneurs-in-residence, and a four-stage Founders Program. We have helped over 220 companies build and scale their businesses from ideation to Series A creating hundreds of jobs. Armed with North America's largest not-for-profit fabrication lab housing over $3 million of advanced manufacturing equipment, we operate out of 27,000 square feet across Innovation Drive and Innovation Alley in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We also have a fabrication lab in Thompson, MB and a location in Pinawa, MB.

The Prairie Research Kitchen (PRK) brings together a unique blend of food science and culinary arts to support food processors and food service providers. This Technology Access Centre (TAC) supports businesses through research and development, technical services and training.

The Richardson Centre partners with the food industry on collaborative research and pre-commercial development activities, focusing on advancing food quality and human nutrition through traditional and innovative food processing techniques.
