How do I register a business name?
Registering a business name is a two-step process.
First, submit a Request for Name Reservation, either online through www.companiesoffice.gov.mb.ca or by calling 1-866-246-8353 (toll-free).
If your name is approved, you have 90 days to file a Business Name Registration form. Visit www.companiesoffice.gov.mb.ca/
