The Whittier Park baseball field is home of the St. Boniface/St. Vital Baseball League and has hosted many provincial baseball events. To be ready to host part of the 2017 Canada Summer Games baseball competition, the park's diamonds will get improved seating, a new scoreboard and lighting upgrades.
